Turnaround Time

Our standard turnaround time is 24 - 48 hours. If required, we can provide STAT transcripts in as little as 3 hours. Typically, clients will send us their audio files by 10pm and get their electronic medical records back the very next business day. This schedule excludes holidays. In case you're wondering, the online system will let your practice run performance reports that show you exactly how fast we get your electronic medical records back to you.
